At Talo Energy, I am responsible for the company’s growth and technical operations, combining a strategic approach with active support for the team and our clients.

What motivates me most is the opportunity to create solutions that have a real impact on the environment and support the development of renewable energy.

I devote a lot of attention to building a strong organizational culture and developing the team toward project-based work. A work environment based on clear rules, transparency, and continuous improvement is important to me. I also think about the company’s future growth—international expansion and exploring new areas where we can implement modern solutions are natural next steps for me.

In my daily work, I’m guided by several core values: quality, integrity, transparency, and continuous growth. A natural part of this approach is a commitment to the environment—it’s what gives meaning to many of the decisions I make professionally.

After work, I usually seek out new challenges and opportunities to relax. I travel, scuba dive, and ride my motorcycle. A change of scenery refreshes me and helps me maintain a balance between intense work and relaxation.

I am responsible for the development of photovoltaic projects—from identifying new investment opportunities to overseeing their implementation and financial settlement.

In my work, I prioritize clear guidelines for collaboration, efficient communication, and responsible decision-making, ensuring that projects proceed smoothly and in line with their intended direction.

I am guided by an approach that combines energy development with care for the environment. I find great satisfaction in seeing how undeveloped land becomes a site for producing clean energy for many years to come. For me, environmental sustainability is a natural part of designing and thinking about the future of renewable energy sources.

I focus on developing projects with a broad impact and building a team of specialists who work with integrity, responsibility, and consistency. I am committed to ensuring that the renewable energy sector develops in a coherent and well-organized manner—greater knowledge sharing and common standards can significantly accelerate its growth.

In my day-to-day work, transparency and an honest approach toward partners and subcontractors are particularly important to me. I place great emphasis on communication that clearly defines expectations and scope of responsibility.
